Freedom Munitions brass trade in

I Apologize In case this had already been answered once before...

Has anyone ever done the brass trade in with Freedom? I have a bunch I would like to do something with.
I do not reload and honestly with job, two kids, dog and a wife at home I don't have a lot of spare time to reload even if I had the equipment

I did it one time and it wasn't worth it after the cost of shipping it...

I give all of mine to a friend that reloads....

If you have some S&W 500 brass, I'll buy it from you.

Recently I checked into it and came to the same conclusion. It wasn't worth my trouble to find a box and tape it up.

I still pick up my brass, mainly because I shoot in the wild and don't want to be one of those slobs who pollutes the landscape with garbage.

You can use reloads but they can't be Lead. They have to be coated or Copper Plated.

Depends on the range. I've been to a range that wouldn't let you bring your own ammo. Had to buy there. Total BS, never went back. And this was in the high desert of California were outside of city limits there was unlimited places to shoot and illegal garbage dumps making for plenty of interesting targets.

Marshall and Rusty, out of curiosity how many pounds did you have or looking to send in? I have about 20 pounds worth. Is there a point where it may become worth it?

I sent 27 lbs in which was close to 1K rounds and after shipping {$25} I believe that my credit/profit was less than $20...

It just wasn't worth the money to me or my time to USPS to ship them in...
