Georgia Arms

Anyone using Georgia Arms bulk ammo? Opinions please! I just received 250 rounds of 10mm FMJ to run thru my new Eclipse 10mm.

Yes, been using it a long time. I ordered online but mostly bought direct from the warehouse. My BFF (who passed in 2018) lived in Villa Rica Georgia where the factory is located. I told this before but I'll say it again. On one of my first visits I told him I needed to buy ammo. Hopped in his truck and he pulled into a Fast Lube/Car Wash, confused when we went inside they had two long glass cases full of ammo. I was amazed, only in Georgia can you buy ammo at a car wash?

I buy the "canned heat" deals 9mm, 45acp, good range ammo never had any issues with it. From them I have also bought .44spl, .44mag, .38 & .357mag, .223, 5.56, .308. all good results.

Son and I bought 32 H&R fdrom them back in the late 90s. Good ammo and price was far then Have not bought in 20 yrs or so. I got rid of gthe 32 and son dont shot his much.

Their 32 ammo was pretty hot as 32 goes.

I have used a lot of their ammo and have never had a problem with it in any caliber. I say go for it!

A couple years ago the wife was going to visit the kids so I gave her a bunch of 5.56 range brass to exchange for loaded ammo at Georgia Arms. I got some nickel plated 45ACP "Canned Heat". Would rather had regular brass... but whatever. The only time I have ever done business with them.

IIRC, prices at Georgia Arms didn't seem all that attractive. I cannot think of any reason I would choose to do business with them other than dumping a bunch of range brass. That said, the batch of ammo I got was reliable. No complaints.

I used to buy revolver ammo from them all the time when I lived in VA. They always made "the Nation's Gun Show" in Fairfax. I've had no problem with any of their ammo and would recommend it.

GA arms is just down the road from me. Right now, in the current environment, I have found nowhere that comes close to their prices. Selection can be a bit tough. The are running a 110% capacity and can not keep up. May times in the last several months they have simply run out of supplies. Usually primers.

Their ammo runs flawlessly through all of my handguns. The name brand stuff, like Sellers and Sig, in .45 acp, have a tough time in mine. I'm not sure why. Softer brass maybe? Nickle plated, Hornady Critical/Duty defense, runs great though. Kinda pricey for range shooting though!

+1 for GA Arms. BTW, their Cowboy loads in .45LC are AWESOME!!!! I'm taking a trip over there come the beginning of August. Hopefully they will be resupplied and I can get all I need in one trip.
