Oh crap....My supplier dried up!!!

Well it dun gone and happened! My go to source ran out of primers. The well is dry. I know you all don't wanna give up YOUR sources, but....any suggestions on where to pick up bulk.45? I've looked at most every website I could google. Either they are out of it or want $.90+ a round for it. I am not paying that! I've got "some" on hand, but this really cuts into my range time.

It figures, I finally find something I love to do, its justifiable and I found the perfect tools for it and now I can't do it.

Gunbroker is one of the few places you'll find primers. If price is no object...

Nobody has bulk ammo right now. Try to shoot less rounds when you go

$1,500 for primers?

I watched a single lot of 10,000 Federal small pistol primers bid up to $1,500 on Gunbroker. The next week I walked in to a store I hadnít visited in decades. They had a brick (1,000) of Federal large pistol primers for on the shelf ($40). I asked if they had any more in the back. The clerk came back with a case (5,000) of Federal small pistol primers, which I bought for $200. Luck was with me that day.

No, theyíre NOT for sale.

went to a "gun show" today. Pretty small and I was late to the game anyway with it being Sunday. Picked up 200 rounds of .45ACP and a couple of mags for a reasonable price.

Yes time to visit your local and out of the way Mom & Pop store's for ammo. Lot of people don't know but some lumber yards carry 22 ammo. I know our local Parker Lumber does.
