DAVE999, just for your info, my leather holsters for my 365 fit the EVO almost perfect. Additionally, I have a IWB for my Solo that the EVO works in as well. FYI

EVO SP Holster

I had compared the pictures of the Solo and the EVO, so I figured that the EVO would fit into the Solo holster. I ordered the Solo holster, and it fits like Kimber thought of the design to use the same castings.

Kimber now has a good bit of stuff on their site for the EVO, quite a few holsters to pick from.

So Dave999 did disassembly and assembly get easier as you hoped? I've had mine for just a couple of days. I'm finding it very challenging.

I've not had any trouble with mine. Line up the slide and pull the pin out. Then the slide comes right off without even pulling the trigger. The pin should come out even easier with more shooting, but mine came out with just my fingers the first time.

Thanks for the encouragement I'm working on it. That's quite a spring.

Evo's are sprung tighter than most. Not anything like a Kahr mind you, but stiff no doubt.
