Steve, that's a beautiful gun and I'm sorry to hear you have to sell it. This gun can be purchased new on GB for $1599. I think to sell this gun here your price would have to drop. I hope you get your asking price but I'm sure KT members are going to search their favorite sites before making an offer. I've made some purchases that I took a loss on when selling because the price dropped after my purchase. Unfortunately,Not many production guns hold their value as much as we would like.

Evidently they bought too many and are having trouble selling them. You have two sellers at $1600.00 and everybody else is around $2000.00. Those two sellers are selling them below cost. If they want to loose money that's their business. I will keep mine before I will loose any more on it. I paid $2100.00 for mine and I am asking $1750.00. I might go to $1600.00 buy that is least I would do. I will keep it before I will give it away.

JC45 I appreciate the heads up and I don't want to sound like a you know what but if I have to I will hold on to it for a while. Those prices won't last long. I checked GB before I bought mine and there was not any under $2100.00 and you can believe that. If it was I would have bought it. I would have been a fool to pay $2100.00 for it when I could have bought it for $1600.00. You can bet they are not making anything on them and probably won't be on business to long. Either that or they just have more money than brains.

JC45 also their is something call MAP pricing. That is to keep all dealers at close to the same price. You can bet that when another Kimber dealer see's those price they might not be dealers any longer. My local dealer I usually buy from is a Kimber Gold dealer or whatever it's caller. I will ask him about it. He might want to contact Kimber himself.

They are called Master Dealers and that used to mean that they placed an initial order of at least $20,000.00. I also believe that Master Dealers got preferential treatment when ordering hard to get popular models. As far as I know that may have all changed but that's the way it used to be.

Hey Steve, it's tax return time so thats in your favor. Sneak it on Craigslist maybe by disguising the add in the Sporting section, gun guys will catch it. Thats a beauty and well worth it. Plus those low prices on the lists don't include some costs of shipping and paying a dealer to receive it and maybe tax? Also if you have local gun shows lots of guys walking around with cash in their pockets!

Chuck43 I thought all gun manufacturers have what they call MAP pricing. That is so that the prices they sell the pistol for are pretty much the same. I know Sigs has MAP pricing, I thought Kimber did too. If what you are saying is true then Bud's should have the lowest prices. They are supposedly one of if not the largest gun dealer in the US

Steve ,I really hope you do get what you are looking for and even my local FFL told me some of the prices on GunBroker are way below the price he can buy them. Hopefully the ones that are listed will sell and make a better market for you.

I purchased my Diamond Ultra for $975 and the next day someone got one at $855. Now those are gone and the low price seems to be $1100.
