If anyone here decides to purchase one of these target swingers, be advised that you'll need to weld on "feet" with anchor holes to prevent the thing from falling over due to the weight of the gong when swinging from repeated hits.
My son made me one, and after one trip to the outback with my various Kimber's, and knocking it over more than once, it came back to the shop to have feet welded on with holes for tent stakes to anchor the assembly.
Just a FYI. Mine shown when new, prior to feet being welded on:
Neat and fun target, just needs a little 'help'.
