Without pictures or more detail it's of course hard to diagnose. I have read on here that some load the magazine full and leave it loaded for a week or so to break in the springs. Might give that easy fix a try. HTH

Take pictures of the failures. What ammo are you using? Did you clean and lube your new pistol before taking it to the range? Use heavier grain ammo during break-in and lube your pistol well, keep it wet during break-in.

What starnovi said. Also, buy another mag or two. You're going to want them anyways.

I doubt the magazine is the problem, but you will want to fix it all the same. Find a stick that will go into the mag, and then push the mag follower and spring down to the bottom, quickly a dozen or more times. The mag will become easier to load afterwards.

About the micro 9. Good Luck. May need the feed ramp polished or reprofiled.

If the Micro 9mm is anything like the Micro .380 you may have a sharp edge at the top of the feed ramp leading into the chamber. The bullets nose hits the top of the chamber and the brass digs in and catches on the sharp edge. I smoothed mine over with some 1000 and 2000 grit sandpaper(i wrap a tiny piece of paper around .25" punch to use as a sanding block). Then i polished the entire chamber and feed ramp with some Flitz and Q-Tips chucked in my cordless drill. Problem solved.

...just a reminder that any work done on the feed ramp "could" void the warranty. My suggestion would be to thoroughly clean and lube as recommended, load up the mag (several would be ideal) and let them sit a few days and try a few FMJ ammos. If you still have problems send her to Yonkers and let them work it out. Why risk voiding the warranty?

BJh may I ask how many rounds you have fed through your weapon. What type of ammo do you use and do you keep your clips fully loaded? Also tons of information in the micro 9 part of the forum on this topic.
