Cylinder and crane fell out

It looks like an incredibly small spring that fell out of an equally incredibly small opening.

Hint: Photo?

Crane and cylinder fell out. I know there was no loctite put on the screws from the factory. Kimber was no help at all and wants to charge me 65$ just to look at it

Looks like the cylinder locking bolt to me. Is it flat on one side?

I know that's not a Kimber diagram but it should be helpful
