Kimber slide milling for vortex venom.

I have an old kimber aegis custom II series 80 with swartz block. Can this slide be milled for a vortex venom. I plan to remove the block and rear sight. Do you of a company that can do this. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes it can be done and the safety can stay intact and functional as long as the slide is not cut deeper than existing dovetail at the location of the safety block.

Potentially could go deeper and remove material from the block but I would have take measurements.
