Parkarized GI thumb safety suggestions

I've been slowly modifying and collecting accessories for carrying my Kimber. One thing I would like to do is install a parkarized GI style tumb safety. However, the reputable brands I've seen online only offer it blued, which won't match my older Eclipse's flat black finish.

Are there any suggestions for a parkarized GI thumb safety that might be considered an "upgrade" in materials compared to the Kimber version?

If worse came to worse, I could always just purchase another Kimber thumb safety and dremel the extension off... do they offer the flat back finish anymore?

Right now, I'm leaning towards the EGW and refinishing.

Check out Harrison customs retro thumb safety.

https://shop.harrisoncustom.com/retro-thumb-safety

"Machined from barstock alloy steel and heat treated to GI specs; the Harrison Design Retro thumb safety is available in matte black oxide finished carbon steel or matte stainless steel."

I have not used this site or part, but it seems to be sorta what you are looking for.

Parkerizing is a pretty easy process, if you can't find what you're looking for with the correct finish. Kits that contain the necessary liquid are available from Amazon or all the regular gun parts stores.
