Ultra Carry 2 field strip

Does anyone else think that it is an absolute BITCH to field strip?!! Its to the point to where I dont even want the gun anymore...any I just got it! If ANYONE has ANY tips to help me deal w this issue Id love to hear them..PLEASE! lol I dont want to get rid of my Kimber. Its supposed to be my MAIN carry gun and I dont want to replace it.

I thought the same thing at first but now can have the gun apart in a matter of minutes. Just be patient and you will figure it out..I watched a few Youtube videos on it and asked many questions on the forum....

I reckon this tool has made my life easier, yea its a few bucks but makes it so easy, I also have the idiot scratch plastic tool too.

That better have come with a lap dance. I just used the little "L" shaped tool and in a few minutes it's apart. I even taught my gf how to use it. What did you find/buy??

1911ultratool.com I didnt have the little L tool and from what I read it says that this is supposed to be better. IDK lol maybe i made a mistake...

Did you check your manual? I have a dozen of the L tools I still like the Ultra tool.
The L tool does not line the slide up with the slide lock notch like the ultra tool, that line up makes all the difference in the world.
