Ultra RCP II Slide

New member with a quick question. I've got an Ultra CDP II that I got for an incredible price and daily carry. I've always loved the Ultra RCP II. Question is can I buy just the trench sight slide to convert my pistol to a sort of RCP clone?

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum from northern Illinois forumpete. I doubt you can get the RCP slide and if you could it would probably be cost prohibitive. You said you got the Ultra CDP for an incredible price, was it good enough to just sell the CDP, make a couple of bucks and buy an Ultra RCP?

Can you buy a RCP slide from Kimber? I would say NO.
I guess it would be possible an individual could have a RCP slide for sale, could be a slim chance.
I love my RCP.

Thanks for the quick replies guys, let me clarify; the CDP was bought at an incredible price but it was a gift so its something I'll never sell. Its for that reason that I was hoping to just buy a new slide for it.

I did quite a bit of searching and couldn't find a place to buy the slide so I figured I wouldn't be able to. I just thought I would ask the experts.

Thank you but experts we're not, just a bunch of experienced Kimber owners.

If you have a problem with that, choose a orifice.

Seriously....a new stainless slide on a Used alloy frame will likely reshape the frame rails. But you would not be the first 1911 owner trying to reinvent a BBQ gun.
