Welcome to the forum from StLou.

If your Kimber is new, give it up to 500 rounds to break it in.

Be patient and good luck..

Welcome to the forum from Ohio! I agree, break it in per the instructions in your owners manual. Use quality ammo and magazines and it should be fine. If you have problems after that, Kimber customer service is top notch and will fix any problems. Good luck!

I'd contact Kimber. Something is amiss. I've had one FTF in 2000 rounds in my stainless Pro Carry II. So what you are experiencing is abnormal IMO.

Wink Hint!!

Switch to 124 grain FMJ loads. The 115's are too light to reliably cycle the action. Your pistol may handle them after it is broken in. For now, go with the 124's!!! DEALIO???

If that doesn't work, try a little four letter "Lineman Talk" and then contact our friends at Kimber Customer Service. They will make it right!!! The Lineman Talk won't fix anything, but it does make you feel a LOT BETTER!!! Specially when delivered very loudly and with great gusto!!!!!

Welcome to the forum from northern Illinois mar7on. I agree with lineman73's suggestion to try a heavier 124 gr bullet, new Kimbers usually require heavy loads during their break in period.

Welcome to the site from Tennessee! I agree with my fellow members have said. Plus maybe try a new/different magazine.
