9mm Pro model feedback

I am on the hunt for a Kimber Pro series in 9mm to compliment my Kimber 45. I like the Tactical & CDP, but there is also the Aegis, Pro Carry, and Raptor.

I am reaching out to you folks who may have owned or fired them for some feedback on each model. Thanks!

...I've got a PRO CDP II in 9mm and love it. I don't think you will be disappointed with any of the models you mentioned. I will warn you though Walter, if you hang around here for more than a little bit you may find yourself with more than one Kimber? It can snowball on you quickly, just sayin :-)

I have the Tactical. I think it has more factory options than the others. Sweet gun.

Don't forget the Sapphire Pro, great pistol, may be a little flashy or to colorful for some people.

I would pick the one that looks good to you, the one with the sights you like and the one that fits your budget.

I have the aegis II custom which I use for competition (steel challenge ). I love it. I just ordered an ultra carry II also in 9mm for my edc.

Depending on what you want to spend will make the difference I guess. The aegis has the night sights out of the box and thinner grips. In the 9mm there is next to no recoil with the full size aegis.

I also have the Tactical Pro. It's a great firearm. Several thousand rounds with no problems. The only thing I changed was to add a flat wire recoil spring kit.

Same old same old-I carry a Pro Aegis II-the same old is that it works all the time.Like others the only thing I changed was to install a Ed Brown Chainlink mainspring housing just because I like them-and a Wilson Flat Spring guide rod set.I tend to like the Pro series-seems like a good midsize for carry and fun shooting also.
