Smile New Challenge!!!

2SHARP2 started this with his head shots on his extremely bright silhouette targets on another thread. Now I will carry it to it's natural conclusion.

Here is the challenge: Try to reproduce Mel Gibson's range stunt from the movie Lethal Weapon. Very simply, draw/shoot a smilie face on a silhouette target and submit a photo of it!! Be sure to tell us what kind of Kimber you did it with!!
smile silhouette.jpg

I will not stipulate what range it must be shot at; wherever you do your best art work!!!! Just shoot/draw a recognizable smilie face on a silhouette target and share it with us!! This should be fun!!! Or I may regret ever dreaming this up!!!

Come On, Show Us What Ya Got!!!

So 2 yards is ok?

Hope the powder blast doesn't mess up the target. I'll try to remember this for Saturday's range visit.

I'm in, next time I hit the range I'll give it a shot, hahaha get it, give it a shot. I know, it's too early in the morning for that.

Does it have to be with a Kimber?

LOL ... I'm thinking Ruger Mark II in .22 at about 3 yards. I might have a slight chance.

LMAO! Lineman, you think those were bright? You should have seen the "hot neon pink" targets that I didn't try.

OK I'm in. It may be a little while...I am out of .45, at least range fodder type.

The bigger caliber and farther distance will earn you more points. (points for what, beats me?)

If you want to do 2 yards, go for it!! I'm thinking that will make a crater, not a smilie face. As I said, no range limitations!!
