so i would like to ask for a little help here with my first kimber. it is a pro carry II in 9mm and i was looking to change the grips out. on one of the other 1911 forums someone had posted that for a pro carry II you would use either government or fullsize grips. yet when i look at the kimber website what they show are either compact or compact crimsion trace grips. so really what am i looking to use compact or fullsize grips help please.

First, welcome to the forum. Your Pro Kimber will accept full size or government grips giving you a huge selection. Good luck in your search, and let us know what you choose!

Welcome to the forum from northern Illinois WILDDAWG1, your Pro Carry II uses compact size grips NOT full size grips. VZ and Raasco are just two of the many companies offering a large variety of grips for your gun.

How about going over to our "New Member Introduction" sub forum and introducing yourself to the membership.
