1st time shooting the Kimber 1911

The Stainless II is as fine a 1911 I've ever shot. My Springfield 1911A1 had some FTE problems that I blame on the recent CeraKoting work done, and I'd say the Kimber was as new in finish as the 1911A1. The Kimber performed perfectly with a variety of ammo, and magazines.

Ya never know with a pistol purchase, just what you are buying into, especially a previously owned one.

Well, I'm Happy!!!

I was of the mind for several years that I would find a way to buy a new Les Baer to get a reliable quality 1911. Well that way is unknown to me, so the Kimber became my 1911 upgrade. Looks like I made the right decision.

Congratulations on the first outing with your Kimber, like you I used to think about a high end 1911 and then I bought my first Kimber and haven't thought about anything but my next Kimber.

Cool Oh Hell Yeah!!!!

As Hannibal Hayes used to say on the A-Team, "Ya gotta love it when a plan comes together!!!"

Thanks for the range report. A few pictures wouldn't hurt either!!! Enjoy your shooting and be safe!!
