What Steve said about Kimber Customer Service!! Those guys are miracle workers. They will work with you to cure your pistol's ailments!!
For helping to diagnose you problem, you need to gather information, such as: what type of ammo are you using? Does the problem occur with all magazines or just one? Have you cleaned and lubed your pistol, per Kimber recommendations? Is the pistol broken in yet? (requires 400-500 rounds of FMJ ammo usually). Are your magazines clean? With this info, the Kimber folks can pretty much determine what your problem is. They will advise as to what adjustments you can make or advise you to just pack it up and send it on an all expenses paid vacation to beautiful downtown Yonkers, New York!!! If that is the case, the vacation will do wonders for your pistol! It will come back like a whole new pistol!!!
