Does kimber use locktite on the grip bushings

I suspect they do, but don't know for sure. In our house we use locktite on all of them.

I have changed the bushings on a Pro Carry II and they used no loctite on mine.On my Aegis II Pro it does not look like they used any either.

I don't think I've ever run into a grip screw bushing on a 1911 that was Loctited.
Now staked... That can ruin your day. Have your new bushings right there before proceeding.

Never seen thread locker on a Kimber bushing. I pull them, degrease with Q tip and alcohol and use red Loctite on bushings and blue on grip screws with #60 O rings.
