Aegis II added to the stable!

Had to trade a really nice gun to get this so I hope it works as well as it feels. Smaller in the hand (just not the grips) than the ultra carry II if feels great looks fantastic. Trigger came in at a crisp 4 lbs 7 oz. My ultra carry is about 4 lbs 12 oz with just the slightest trace of creep.

I will now will be looking for extra 9mm mags so would appreciate any input on what to get and what to stay away from..Thanks!

Congratulations on the new Aegis, I think it's a great looking gun. If you've got the Ultra Aegis then try joes1911magmania.com. I did a comparison of Kimbers 9mm mag with the ones he's selling, you can read the thread here.

Congratulations, I have the same pistol. I use Wilson Combat mags and one that came with the pistol. Although the stock magazine fell apart on me last week at the range! See the thread about "My mag fell apart".

Chuck, I did not see any 9mm mags on Joes1911. They state that all mags are 45 unless otherwise noted and I could not find a note.

Dude, which wilson mags do you use?

Thanks guys!

I use the "500,9c". They work fine just a little pricey.

It looks like he's changing his website around he's got them on his Ebay store.

5 mags for $80.00! Now that's a great price. Chuck, how's the quality?

I just received an email from Joe and your are correct you must go to his ebay store. In the meantime I had some Cabelas points piling up so I ordered a couple from them but I will look to Joe for some more. Can't believe I have had it for 4 hours and have not shot it. If all functions as it should, it will be the perfect carry gun. I might just keep my PPQ since I would hardly get anything for it anyway.

Hang on to the PPQ. I sold mine over 2 years ago and wish I still had it. Great plastic 9mm with a great out of the box trigger. IMO.
