Wilson Combat Flat Wire Recoil Spring Kit

Looking at purchase of the.Wilson Combat Flat Wire Recoil Spring Kit", For my Pro model Kimber's.

Question 1
Are most purchasing?
Flat-Wire Recoil Spring Kit | 4 Compact-http://shopwilsoncombat.com/

It my understanding this does away with Kimber's full length guide rod. plus adds a hardened stainless steel reverse spring plug.

Question 2
How is this working out for you folks?

Question 3
What if anything does Wilson offer for the Kimber Ultra models? Seen they have a spring for their Sentinel model?

+ 1 WC flatwire kit. Goes into battery with authority.

The old compared to the new.

...well worth it. I do not believe there is an Ultra option available though. Also the Pro kit does come with a shorted guide rod, this allows for "tool free" takedown. Good luck :-)

I agree with those guys above. Chuck told me about those kits two years ago they are great. Maybe if we all wrote e-mails to Wilson Combat they would do some for the Ultras.
