Pro CDP II Magwell

Hi all ! My first post here. I'm looking for some help and guidance for a one piece MSH magwell . I have decided not to use my Pro CDP II for a carry gun anymore and use it just for a range gun and would like to install a magwell. I would like to have a straight one piece MSH magwell. Wilson combat is a little too pricey for me and I would like to keep the price under $100. I like the look of the Smith & Alexander the way it maintains the straight line at the heel of the MSH and magwell. Also looking at Ed Brown. Do you guys think a stainless would look okay with the black framed gun? I have black rubber Hogue with finger groove grips on the gun but may change back to wood grips. Also looking and hoping to get a drop-in fit, but I'm handy and can do a little minor filing and fitting or take it to my gunsmith. So if anyone has put a magwell on a Pro CDP II what do you have? And what would you guys recommend? If anyone has any pictures I really appreciate seeing them because I would like the gun to look good as well as having the functionality of a magwell. Thanks in advance!

Thanks from Michigan! I checked out the links but have been looking for something a little more specific to a "Pro CDP II" as far as fit and looks, probably doesn't matter much but thought I'd try to dig up as much info as possible. Thanks for the links!

Welcome from Northern Illinois.

Have you checked the Kimber accessories page. I haven't looked lately, but at one time I did get some SS 'drop-in' mag wells from them.

Hahaha Go ahead rub it in I can take it I'm a big boy. Checked Kimber site on the interweb and they show "out of stock" on the stainless magwell. Probably gonna go with the Smith and Alexander but would like to see some pictures that show how it looks and fits on a Pro CDPII

Hi Cannonshooter, and welcome to the forum from North Idaho!!! What part of Michigan do ya hail from? I grew up near Ann Arbor. Anyway, I have had a Wilson 1 piece and now have a S&A 1 piece in my Pro Raptor now. There are some pics in a thread I posted this weekend, but I just noticed they do not show the Magwell. I know it's not a CDP, but I can send you some detailed pics if you like, just let me know!

Thanks for the link! I did the same google search and got tired of looking at all the pictures and a lot of them don't tell what magwell is on the gun. But was very helpful for seeing what the CDP II would look like with a magwell.
