SIS Ultra FTE

Hello 1911 Ultra owners; if you have experienced failure to eject issues with your Ultra (SIS or other model), I'd like to hear about it. My problem is not consistent, so I continually wonder if it's ME and not the firearm being the issue. Today I ran through 100 rounds, two brands, all FMJ 230 gr. I had about an FTE about every other magazine, some had two out of 7. One of the two mags, seemed to be more prone, but the issue was the shell not ejecting. Any slick tests I can perform to verify the ejector working properly or not? Could it be the ammo has a bad rim? Or might there be crud build up causing the ejector to be sticky? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I would probably start with checking your extractor tension.
