Answers:
1. I cover desired target with front sight.

2. You can't...purchase a clackamass built pistol with a Swartz safety, it does not exist. In theory you can find/buy a Clackamass production built pistol. Any Kimber pistol that contains the designation "II" after the model name will have a Swartz safety.
No Swartz models Master Carry, Super Carry, SIS and several others.
Can you tell us which model Kimber you are looking for since your question was conflicting points. Hope this helps.

Gator posted this link back in 2014 and back then it had many more pictures than it does today of Clackamas Kimber models and thanks to PhotoBucket many of those pictures are gone.

The Official Clackamas Thread

https://forums.1911forum.com/showthread.php?t=374691

I have read that there were only 7K 1911's with the Clackamas stamp on the frame and if you could find one I'm thinking that the price would be a bit high. Maybe/Maybe Not/Who Know's.

I have also read many places that these guns were made in Yonkers with the final testing happening in Clackamas.

HEY who's DRIVING the Truck???

So it looks like all the Clackamas pistols are full size at least viewing the pics remaining on the old thread. No Pro or Ultra models.

I knew that I read that many places as well as Kruzr stating it as well, but it was also in this book.

What I didn't know was that the first guns that Kimber displayed at the 1995 Shot Show were actually made by Caspian Arms according to Kruzr.

I say your best chance to locate a "Clack" will be Gunbroker. if any member has one, it's a secret as far as I can remember.
