Holster option for a Stainless Pro Raptor-NOT KYDEX

Looking for leather carry options for my Stainless Pro Raptor other than Kydex. OWB and IWB options with pro's, con's and suggestions welcomed.

For the field I use OWB. For CC I carry IWB, and both/all my rigs came from:

OWB: El Paso Saddlery
IWB: Mitch Sparks & Adams Leatherworks

I've got a few Galco's, Bianchi's and Safariland's, but the best work comes from the smaller makers.

I'm with you too.....NO Kydex! As John Bianchi once famously said: "Good guns deserve good gun leather".

I have 3 holsters made by Wright Leather Works and can't say enough about them. They make the Cobra hybrid which can be worn either IWB or OWB. I bought one as a gift for my son about 1 1/2 years ago and he loves it. He wears it IWB with his suit for work and OWB all other times. These are handmade high quality holsters, you can't buy them over the counter. There is usually about an 8 week wait for one to be made but again well worth it. My EDC holster is their Predator, I've worn it daily for over 2 years and it still looks like new.

I have 2 Wright Leather Works holsters and they are quality holsters. If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative I would look at Winthrop Holsters. I have several of their IWBs and they are very nice, especially for the price. There are a lot of excellent holsters out there but I would look at something that attracts your attention and then do some research.

Try Kenneth at KG Holsters. He has a face book page and is a member/contributor here. I prefer OWB pancake holsters over all others because they are very concealable, comfortable and need no extra steps to draw. I need only sweep my outer garment away. No pulling a shirt out, fumbling to ensure I have removed enough over garment to draw. And, since I always carry, regardless of which weapon, in the same type of holster, I don't need to concern myself with where my weapon is. https://www.facebook.com/pg/kggunhol...=page_internal

Take a look at Garrett Industries. They have leather lined kydex holsters. The best holster I have ever owned (and I have tried many)!
