Love the grips on my 1911 kimber stainless steel pro TLE II 4 inch barrel but not sure what they are called, please see attachments .

I like the material and has great grip and want to order same kind for my 3 inch 1911. Where can I get this information since kimber is closed for today and weekend ?

They are just black rubber grips and they are available on The kimber website.
I happen to like the way they feel too.

Both Hogue and Pachmayr make black checkered rubber grips in this style. One of them probably makes them for Kimber. I used to have this same grip on my Colt IPSC gun back in the '80s. Useful and simple sexy.

I never tried a set of Pachmayr grips and the only Hogue rubber grips I have are on my AR. These Kimber grips arenít very sticky and theyíre not overly soft. They donít stick to your clothing so there is no issues with concealed carry.
They certainly arenít winning a beauty contest but I like them so much I kept them on my Ultra TLE and put another set on my Eclipse Pro II. The only issue I have is they donít sell them in a magwell cut and both of the guns have magwells. Every now and then I switch back to my VZ grips for the look. Btw, they call them black but they look more gray.
If anyone finds them in a magwell cut I would love to know because Marshall and I searched every website we both know of and nobody we could find makes a similar rubber double diamond magwell cut grip. Marshall wasnít looking for himself he was just helping me find a set.

They might fit but the grips for the Ultra are out of stock on the Kimber site. You can probably find them on eBay or some other site. Theyíre cheap enough to try them out.

eBay does have them and they’re probably cheaper than the Kimber site when you add shipping.

Would regular screws work with these grips or are there certain screws for these grips ?
