Which recoil spring

At the moment I am using the factory 14 pound recoil spring in my Kimber stainless target 38 super. I am going to start reloading and I want to use a lighter load and use 125 gr projectiles for target shooting.
My question is, to those who are shooting lighter loads, what recoil spring rate do you use.

I typically use a 16lb spring in my 38 Super's, with factory 130g loads. I would think moving to lighter power factor with 125g projectile the 14lb might be fine, but you may want to pick up a lighter spring and try both to see what works for your loading.
