I have already denoted my struggles with "which gun for carry" issue between my Solo and my new Micro 9.
The problem is further clouded by my recent acquisition of a couple of really nice holsters for the Solo. Last month I bought a really nice TT Gunleather (pic below) for the Solo. The Marshall 9 (Micro) is pictured in the holster, but there is a couple of problems.
The Micro is longer and thinner than the Solo, so the holster doesn't fit perfect, but when you jam the gun into the holster, you can see the end of the gun sticking out just a bit on the bottom, but the real problem is NO access to the grip. The act of "jamming" the gun into place is a false sense of security as even though the gun is tight, it's only tight at the front of the slide, bottom of holster.
When loosely positioned into the holster, the grip is now accessible, but the gun rides loose. There is a piece of metal at the top of the holster inserted that I can tighten a bit.
I know, what you are thinking, but these holsters are very expensive. By the way, the comparison between the Micro and the Sig 938 size etc, is remarkable. Will these two guns fit the same holster?
I guess what I am asking is should I use the holster for the Micro or sell the thing and take the loss?
