Try it. Tougher than it looks.

From only three yards this is difficult for many shooters. This is the target of my CEO student/boss who never shot after two and a half days. I put him back on this target several times after others and different training as a trigger control check. This evolution was each shot from the holster on the one inch dots. Requires a lot of mental work and can be taxing after the twenty draws and shots.

One shot then reholster, one shot then reholster?Repeated 20 times?Interesting. Was each shot timed or at the shooters own pace?I think I would like to try this.

At this point in his training it was shooters pace. Working on smooth perfect draw stroke. I use video to review performance with student. Compressed times will come.

When you clean it take a step back. And so on. Then back to the three yard line for a draw and two shots. Then step back. Clean it. Back to three for draw and three shots. Develop the trigger control. The. You get this in 2.5 seconds draw and one shot at 15 yards.

Now, THAT sounds like some practical training.
