Just who ARE these new administrators?

Who are these guys, anyway?

Several weeks ago, after the great password debacle, I sent them an email requesting assistance. They were of no help, but luckily, I was able to figure out how to circumvent their nonsense and got back on to KimberTalk.

Today I received a response from Helena. My original message was quoted verbatim. But the email was from, and the reply-to was to, an email address at rvguide.com. It's not kimbertalk.com, it's not verticalscope.com, it's rvguide.com. What's going on?

I have no clue, I sent a PM to one administrator that was responded to by second administrator and followed up by a 3rd administrator. The really bad part is that it takes days to get a response to a post or PM.

The solution to your dilemma is, don't have any problems.

You're welcome.

Send a PM to "admin" without the quotes.

Sorry I thought you were familiar with vBulletin forum software.

Near the top of any page on the left side click on "User CP"
Scroll down to "Private Messages"
Click on "Send New Message"
In the recipient box type "admin"
The "Title" and "Message" boxes should be self explanatory.
