Can you drop the magazine? Is the safety disengaged?

I'm new to the Micro 9 so have no ideas, but please be careful, keep it pointed in a safe direction and keep your finger away from the trigger.

One more question. Is the hammer cocked or forward?

I'd lock it up and call Kimber in the morning unless some whiz here comes up with a safe solution.

If you can tolerate one more question, how did the hammer get down with a round in the chamber? I know you said it wouldn't move, but have you tried (while it's pointed in a safe direction) to really push the hammer back hard? It does take some force.

OK What you have is called a "hard lock". This happened to my Kimber 1911, full size .45. Here is how I was told to clear it and worked for me.

Take the gun to the range or safe place. Remove the mag.

Hold the slide over the top with your strong hand so you can hold it very tight. With the muzzle pointed at a safe backstop or down range.

Then bump the grip frame forward with the heel of your weak hand. The slide should let go of the jam with a couple of good bumps. Once it's free maintain your muzzle discipline until you lock back the slide and make sure the live round is out of the chamber.

This worked for me with two good hard bumps to the frame. Be careful to stay away from the trigger and MIND YOUR MUZZLE. If you don't feel comfortable trying this take it to a gunsmith.

Once mine cleared I cleaned and lubed it and fired several hundred rounds without it doing it again. I'm not 100% sure but I believe the extractor is caught on the rim but not all the way forward far enough to engage the case so locked against it. My theory...

Take this for what it's worth to you or just see a gunsmith.
