8 round mags

Has anyone tried the 8 round mags in their micro 9. Are they reliable and feed okay?

Mine have fed and been just as reliable as my 6 and 7 round Micro 9 mags. The only difference I have noticed is when I feed the first of the 8 rounds it is a little tight, but it cycles with no issues.

Mine had a issue with first round not going into battery but after a few 100 rounds it has no issues do suggest just releasing the side lock to load first round till then it seemed to help only when racking the slide manually did it not want to feed the first round i purchased 10 xtra mags as rather shoot then be loading at the range

I think if I feel the need for an 8 rounder, I will put magguts springs into a couple of my 7 round bodies...

How? I donít see kits for Kimber, and their Sig kits are only for 238.

I'm using Sig P290 8-round magazines with modified baseplates in mine.

I have the same question. I wouldn't mind an extra round, but don't want the extra size of the grip.

I shot my 8 round mag for the first time yesterday, no problems at all. It give you a little more to hold on to although it may print if you conceal carry.

I bought one and got it the other day. Went to the range yesterday and it fed and cycled great. I would probably use it as a back up spare mag. Thanks for everyones input.
