Just picked up a SS Micro

Haven't shot it yet, but I noticed that a lot of people have 8 rd mags(mines 7)
I've gone through all my online dealers and not one has an 8 rd mag.
I was looking at moding a Sig mag,, but they are so expensive,, cheaper to stick to Kimber

Try Ebay. That's what I did. Received in a few days a genuine Kimber wrapped mag.

KenS, don't worry about the 8rd mag yet, do yourself a favor and clean and lube and use extra lube (RUN IT WET) before your first range visit.

eBay is a good place as already stated. You can also try Kimber, MidwayUSA, Brownells Optic Planet, Wilson Combat and Joe’s mag mania. I’m surprised you aren’t seeing any available because there are plenty of companies out there.

Sorry I missed the Micro 9, I was thinking 1911.

I've got a couple of Kimber 8-round mags for the Micro 9, but prefer modding the Sig P290 8-round magazine to fit the Micro 9.

Welcome to the forum KenS, how about stopping by our "New Member Introduction" sub forum and introducing yourself to the membership?

Welcome to the forum from Northern Illinois.

Others have already put you onto eBay. I have a pretty good LGS in the Chicago far SW burbs that always seems to have stock, but barring that locally for you, go with eBay.

Well, finally got to the range today. Shot 300 rd with only 1 hiccup. I did the trick of loading seven rds, chamber 1, the put another one in the mag. It worked for most ammo, but when I got to the big HPs, first one nosedived, then everything else worked fine with them.
Overall, I'm happy with the way it shoots, just don't load 7 + 1.
Which Uplula does the single stack micro 9, not interested in other cals.
