Feeding issues

I have a 3 month old 7 shot Micro that the bullet jams against the feed ramp very regularly. I keep it extremely clean and oiled. Does it with all types of ammo. FMJ and JHP. I have over 500 rounds thru it.
Is there a quick fix is this a send it to Kimber issue?

After 500 rounds and it’s still doing it. Call Kimber.

The mags are just fine. It does it with both of them. Disappointed because I bought this for carry and it's the last firearm I own that I would trust mine or my families life with.
Even if I send it back it's going to have to prove itself before I strap it to my body. I guess i'll keep carrying the Air Weight.

You've been advised of what will be needed to fix your problem. We don't have any secret magic cures. Air Weight is a fine choice.

It's Sunday. If you call Kimber tomorrow (1 (888) 243-4522) and explain the issue to them, they will give you an RMA and you can ship to to them (and get it back) at their expense. Might take a week, might take a few weeks. They are very good at handling problems, in my experience. You have nothing to lose doing that.

Thankfully, you have another pistol to carry in the meantime. When you get it back what you do with it is up to you.

Have you considered polishing the feed ramp with Flitz?
