Adjusting rear sight?

All,

My Micro 9 consistently hits about four inches high and three inches to the right. It makes decent-sized groups considering the terrible trigger pull. I can’t do anything about the elevation but presumed I could drift the sight left to move the group to the left.

I have a sight-pusher tool which I have used to great effect on 1911s, PPK, and others, but the rear sight on my Micro 9 seems to be welded in place! On other guns the tool easily moves the sight in the dovetail due to the great mechanical advantage it affords, but not this one! Even with a lot of torque the sight wouldn’t move—in fact I could see the tool starting to deform!

So how the heck am I supposed to move this sight? Is there some trick I’m missing?

Damn, a gun that far off needs to go back even if you could get the side-to-side fixed yourself.

Kimber sights are notorious for being stubborn. Let a gunsmith move your sight.
