Firing problems on micro 9

I have a micro 9 that when I pull the trigger it does a two to three round burst can anyone tell me why. Thanks

Un load and call kimber monday morning, or you have a auto pistol without having to get a tax stamp.

I had the same problem. Disassembled the little thing and found that the sear pivot pin was bent therefore not letting the sear and trigger bar engage correctly. Kimber would not let me purchase a new pin from Kimber. A local gunsmith told me that a Sig pin for their P938 was the same as the Kimber Micro 9 pin. Order one an after replacing everything is working perfectly.
