Micro 380

Does anyone else with the micro 380 notice that the slide hits the hammer when cocking the gun or racking the slide

How about a picture?
I'm not quite sure where you're talking about.

When you rack the slide the bottom of the slide hits the top of the hammer

Is the hammer not centered?

...looking at mine it does touch, looks like the hammer is pushed down maybe .5mm by the slide? I hadn't noticed it before, the pistol seems to work fine. Any idea if it's a cause for concern?

These little guns seem to have a lot of failure to eject and failure to fire and or return to battery. I would think if the hammer is riding the slide it's going to slow it down and cause malfunctions I am not a gunsmith just a thought

On mine if you rack the slide manually very slowly it binds up pretty good on the hammer

That's the way it's supposed to be. It's what cocks the hammer. Remove the slide and take a look at the firing pin stop. See how it's rounded and rubbed smooth? Now look at the face of the hammer. It's also rubbed smooth. When you're cleaning the gun, make sure you wipe a thin film of lubricant on these surfaces.
