Well I deduce you are right handed. I do not think I would put other makers parts on it from a resale value point of view. Why did Kimber say no? Do they feel they have to do the work because of warranty?

I have a STS Micro .380 with a single safety. Want to trade parts?
PM me if this is something you would like to discuss.

I agree it's probably a bad idea, but I had to ask. Kimber says they won't release that part or some shit. I'm going to try them again. Apparently if you want spare parts for your Micro, you have to buy a completely new gun, which is dumb. I love my pistol, starting to hate Kimber!

Let me think about it. I was kinda hoping to save the ambi safety along with the Raptor grips in case I ever want to sell it. Are your parts stainless and in good condition?

The gun/parts are in like new condition. I have a touch of OCD
I cannot say for sure if the safety is aluminum or stainless. It is the same color/finish as the Raptor safety. I can send you a pic later when I get home.

Now that I am thinking about it are you sure the safety is stainless on the micro raptors? The frames on the micros and even the ultras are aluminum according to the Kimber site.

No harm at all in trying but if magnet test shows it's not magnetic it's on to the old fashioned way to find out right.....small steps
