Happy With The Accuracy Of My .380

I have to say I'm very pleased with the accuracy of this little gun. My best grouping at 5yds was 6rds at a 2 inch spread standing without a rest (I'm sure there was some luck involved there)....so on a rest I think it would do better than that.

This is my first .380 so I want to see what it can and can't do in MY hands.

As expected the farther I shot from the bigger the spread but nothing unacceptable. I've got the crimson trace grips and was surprised to find that the farther away I shot (10yds and out) the groups were much smaller with the crimson trace than the iron sights. For kicks I went to 26yds out to see if I could even hit the 14x19 inch paper target. Two 6rd mags using the iron sights I hit the paper 3 times on the first and 4 times the second. Using the laser I hit the paper 5 out of 6 times then I was 6 for 6 hits with the second mag.

Obviously the gun shoots better than I do!!! lol

Nice, I bought the wife the CDP LG Micro for Christmas and we are just as thrilled with it as you are with yours. It's neat to see that red dot turn into a black hole after you pull the trigger. I'm not going to wait too much longer to get the Micro 9 CDP LG for myself

I agree mine is dead accurate. It's the having to stop and clear a malfunction every few rounds that is irritating, especially since it's so accurate and a smooth when it shoots

Glad to hear your enjoying you Micro 380. I've never shot a Micro 380 but I would like to try one some day.
