2/5/18 Micro Monday

I decided to run some ammo through my little Micro this week. She really is a fine POA (piece of aluminum) with her night sights and all. It's been a while since this pistol has been fired so I field stripped and lubed things up last night. For good measure I tossed a new recoil spring in, the old one was in the 800 or so round range. I did notice the new spring was a good 1 1/2 inches longer than the one that has seen some use.
Today I ran 100 Fiocchi 95gr FMJ through two Kimber 6 round magazines. Around the 12th magazine the slide didn't lock out after the last round otherwise no problems :-)
...target was at 7 yards

Looking good CousinMark !
When I replaced the recoil spring in my Micro last year, I also noticed the new spring was a bit longer than the old one that came out of my gun. Took it to the range and after one round of shooting, the new spring was the same length as the older one.
