Micro mags

Does anybody know the answer to this question? Will sigsauer P238 mags and or colt Mustang mags work in the Kimber micro? The wife is going to get a Bel Air for Christmas and was just curious as to the interchangablility of those magazines.

She's getting an old Chevy? I had a Bel Air back in the day, I had Crager mags on it.

I've been wondering if they would work or not also.
I bought several of the Kimber seven round magazines for my wife's Micro as they provide support for her third finger.
They have worked fine in her Micro ,sadly can't say the same about Kimbers eight round mags for my Solo.

There was a thread earlier this year where another member reported success using Mustang and Sig 238 Mags with the Micro. Of course, YMMV.

Yes the Sig mags will work in the Micro Carry, in some cases you may have to trim a bit of the plastic from the finger rest on the extended mags to get them to seat.

The 6 rounders work flawless same as the Kimber mags. The 7 rounders need some trimming like Chuck said.

I just purchased a new Micro Bel Air, knowing very little about it. When i inquired about a second mag, my LGS owner grabbed a Colt 380 mag off the display rack and inserted it. So I guess a Colt mag works. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet to confirm its operation. We'll soon see.
