Front Sites Are Invisible

I think the Micro .380 is much more of a point-and-shoot pistol than a take careful aim and fire pistol. The front sites on mine are black and are invisible when trying to line up on the target. I don't think they can be replaced but could be wrong. If not replaceable, then what are some ways to make the front sights more visible? - thanks for your ideas

I just pulled up the Kimber website and they show the Micro with three-dot sights.

If I replace the sights on my UC2, I'm going for green Truglo sights.

You have many options.

You have 2 choices TNman, the easy one is to use some sight paint on your sights and the second (more expensive) is to have your sights replaced.

Some Micros like my Bel Air just come with plain black sights. Some models come with the three dotted sights. Why some and not others? Who knows. They are changeable.

...well worth it

I had the night sights installed by Kimber on my Micro Carry. For me it makes a vast improvement, dramatically faster putting the gun on target in daylight. In dim or dark conditions they work as advertised, the gun can be aimed :-) Without them in the dark it's point and shoot for sure.

My Raptor has Kimber's nightsights.
Love them - work great in the daylight and night.

My Micro Carry came with plain black sights. I just bought Kimber factory night sights which are at the gunsmith being installed.
