Starting to think about second K6S

Just picked a K6S up a few days ago and blown away as to how nice it is. As well as how good it shoots.
The same dealer has the first to arrive Colt Cobra with my name on it (as well as a couple of Glocks traded in late Jan). Due in this month per Colt.
I am starting to think about moving them off the Colt on to a second K6S. Was not sure if I would like not having a hammer. Now not sure I want one. Seems safer without it.
Thoughts....

I don't think anyone here will talk you out of buying another gun even if you were considering a 5th K6S. You need to ask yourself, do I want a collection of K6's or do I want a collection various revolvers. I myself would probably choose a variety of revolvers.

Thinking more in line of first one for bedroom and second for kitchen or car/truck. Actually have built-in steel safe in Tacoma console.

I didn't think about one for the truck but if that suits your needs I think you have your answer. Good luck Mickey, the K6S is a beautiful revolver.

I have a lot of Smith j frames and bought the K6S. As much as I like the Kimber I really can't see the need for a second one. If I were in your position I would opt for the Colt just to have something different in the stable. Who knows? The Colt may prove to be as good or better than the Kimber. You will always have the option of a second Kimber as they become more available and the prices drop a bit.

I am having the same thoughts. I think I'm going to wait a while and see if they come out with a 3 inch model. 3 inches and a slightly larger grip would be my dream carry gun. I used to carry a S&W model 64 3 inch and it was almost perfect. My only issue with a "hammer less" revolver is difficult to find a thumb break holster.

Why the thumb break? I bought this one and I can do handstands and it stays secure and in place. Unless it is a job requirement check out, https://www.mdwhitefieldleather.com/

Why stop there? Shower gun, commode gun, kitchen sink gun, in the bushes gun, a Chimney gun, a under the car (I'm changing the oil) gun, a damn, where don't you need a gun, gun?

I am still in the thinking about my first K6 stage. I need to go to Turners and actually handle one. I am a little gun shy when it comes to that . I'm afraid I might buy it if I handled one!

Thumb break cause I want it on my hip when I ride, although that is not a requirement. I currently carry a slightly beat up Glock 21 in a Blackhawk retention rig, but it doesn't conceal well. Awkward at work.
