DCR grip removal?

Recently purchased a K6 DCR.
Would like to take the wood grips off to inspect, clean, and lube.

The standard flat blade screw cam out easy but the grips wont budge.

What am I missing?

Thanks for your time,

If there's a bushing underneath the grip, sometimes the fit is so tight you need to tap on the grip to sort of break the bond or get under an edge and pry up a bit.
