Looks Good! Looks like a three inch barrel.

I guess that answers the question as to if Kimber will make more revolvers.

It's great to see them come out with an external hammer version and broaden the speak!

I wish they would come out with a 10mm revolver.

A 10mm would be cool but I'd like to see anything bigger then a .38spl/.357.

This gun is 90% perfect. For a home-defense weapon I prefer a 4" barrel, but hey: my DAO K6S is superb for carry, so I'm sure this gun will be great with an inch more barrel. .38+p is all I'm going to use in the house, anyhow.

A big-bore would be fun, but of little use to me. I'd imagine they'd use a different frame for a .44 mag, anyhow. You don't see Ruger making a .44 mag on the GP100 frame. The furthest they go is a .44 special.

I was thinking the same thing as 'gunner … the K6 frame seems a little light for 10mm or .44mag. Maybe a five shot .44 spec. But then too if you did make a bigger frame you'd also want more barrel, maybe 6". If not it would be as much "flame thrower" as handgun.

I had a 4" 629, .44 mag back in the day and I can remember shooting some full house 240 grn factory loads late one day in low light. It was spectacular … big bursts of fire from both side of the cylinder, a 12" halo ring at the muzzle and a flaming burst probably 18" reaching out down range … it looked like a howitzer. The same load in my 10" Super Blackhawk barely produced a little orange burp at the muzzle.

44Spl Bulldog

Five shot, light weight, will fit in my back pocket of my jeans if need be.
Charter Arms @ I have about $320 bucks in this. Not trying to be mean but no I would not trade it for a K6S.
