Mirror! Is it too much?

I just couldn't leave it alone. The better the gun looks, the better it shoots!

Looks good, I would be concerned about scratches. Maybe some chrome polish, or car wax?

Took me about a week, couple hours each day......."mothers" aluminum polish. It shouldn't scratch any easier than the regular DCR. If it does, I'll keep the polish close to the front of the shelf.

I’m aware of different strokes for different folks, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But this reminds me of the soldiers I arrested in Vietnam for filing down the serial number on a .38 then having it hard chromed in an attempt to get it back to the states.
Too many memories for me.
You however will enjoy it.

Throw a little Ren Wax on it. It will help stave off finger prints as long as you just didnít get done eating bbq spare ribs.

That looks really good.

Pardon my ignorance.

What finishes can that be done to?

Also, it is easy to stay consistent with the polishing?

Is it hand polished or with a gadget of some sort?

Thanks for any information!
