New K6 owner...

Bought one from a friend yestetday. I got a few 38+p rounds through it. No complaints so far. I may have the sights changed later. I'm going to put a bunch of ammo through it first. It handles easily.

Congrats and welcome to the wonderful ownership of a K6. I hope you like it as much as I like mine.

I agree. They are the best small revolvers currently being made in my opinion. Pretty sure you will like it.

Me Too. New member. Recently got a K6S 2 inch stainless DAO, with night sights, black rubber grips. It was expensive for me, but I acquired it through a trade and a small amount of cash. Looks like an excellent value for me.

I have had a number of revolvers over the years, Smiths and Ruger. This is my first Kimber.

Tried it out yesterday. Regular 38s, some +P, and a few .357. Amazing gun. Excellent, easily managed trigger. Accurate. A quality little hand cannon that fits in a pocket. Using snap caps for dry fire, due to the comments on this forum. So far no problems. Very happy.

Welcome. I bought one early on and after a few months of ownership, sold my Mod.60, 640, and 640Pro Series and a SP101. The only other short barrel I now own is a 340PD which in my opinion, is the ultimate pocket revolver.

I love recoil but truth be told. 99% of the time I shoot handloaded 38sp.
The 340PD has CT LG405 grips which do help a lot handling recoil.
