I don't think this is the first time that I've said that Kimber's customer service department is a bunch of morons.

The person you spoke to must be a super genius, because he/she was able to reach a conclusion with only a brief description of a single symptom, and not even seeing the rifle or the ammo. More than likely, this is just another example of pointing their finger at the other guy in a desperate attempt to deflect the attention from their own lack of quality/skill/knowledge.

My question to Leslie Edelman is, "Why would you manufacture an expensive rifle that won't work with ammunition from one of the largest manufacturers in the country?
