Kimber Limited Edition

Has anyone bought the new Limited Edition Kimber in 6.5 Creedmore? I've got one coming. Certainly didn't need it, but...........
Now I'm "forced" to buy dies, bullets, powder, brass, trim cutter, scope rings, scope, and a sling.

I know what you mean. Nowadays when I see a neat rifle in a cool new caliber I think I can't live without, I ponder the actual cost of getting it hunting/shooting ready.

Probably now why I buy more handguns than rifles....grips and night sights are MUCH less expensive than quality scopes, rings/mounts, dies........

I got one yesterday, 11/11/19, it's number 1 of 1000. Was going to buy the Ruger Hawkeye 6.5 creedmore, when the FFL, showed me this rifle instead...nice veterans gift to myself....same price and half the weight...

A Veterans gift to myself also.

I installed a Leupold VX2 2-7X33 on mine which is a scope I use on most of my rifles. Great scope. But, I have a VX 3i 3.5-10X40 on the shelf and wondered what it would look like on the 6.5.
Would you post a photo of yours with that scope attached? I'll probably save it for the Kimber Varmint, but maybe not.

I'm currently waiting for the picatinny rail I ordered yesterday to arrive, so I can mount the scope. It's a specific design for the 84M rifles. I bought the last one they had, once I get it, will post a picture.
