Solo

I own a Solo DC as well as a couple of other Kimbers plus other makes. I am happy with my solo I'm not an expert on guns I just read the owners manual and followed instructions and mine works just fine. For a small gun the Solo gets a lot of remarks mostly bad. I didn't think this forum was to be about Bashing Kimbers. I think most of the members are positive and helpful. I will continue to enjoy my Kimbers and for some they will continue to hate yours, mine, and theirs

Its not so much about bashing kimbers. I am a proud kimber owner and would buy another kimber tomorrow, but the Solo hsd some issues and where else would you vent.

You might want to call Kimber's customer service for help I have called in the past and got the help I needed. If you just want to vent and your happy I'm happy for you.

I too am a happy Solo owner. I had problems that are now resolved. I too have other Kimbers that once were problematic. Looks to me like the Micros are also having some issues. If the owners are willing to work through the issues they too will enjoy their pistols. If not they will voice their frustrations here. There are many happy Solo owners on here .

What's in the manual? I haven't read a gun owners manual in a long time. All mine pretty much say, don't shoot yourself.

Hey, Colonel.
It's not about bashing, nor is it about false praise. It's all about speaking the truth, so we can all learn. Haters and fanboys are just different sides of the same coin.

The biggest waste of money I ever squandered on a gun was a Kimber. Right now, my favorite gun is a Kimber. I don't know if the feeling will last, or if it's just the novelty of having a shiny new bauble. Regardless, I'm having fun with it right now. That's all that matters.
